Our Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Klahi.com. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Our Return Policy
- Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Please ensure the return package is shipped back to us within this 14-day window.
- Return Conditions: All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
- Non-refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order on our site.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@klahi.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged item and your order number in your email. Our team will assess the situation and provide the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Underwear and socks
- Perfumes that have had their original plastic seal removed or broken
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on our website
- Any item that has exceeded the 14-day return window
Any item that is returned to us in a worn or damaged condition that was not previously disclosed to our team will be rejected. The return will be voided, and the product will not be returned to you.
Return Shipping Costs & Customs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost will depend on the courier and your location.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes incurred on returned packages. You will be responsible for all such costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return and keeping the proof of shipment until your refund is processed. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit without a tracking number or proof of shipment.
How to Get a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. We offer two options for your convenience:
- Refund to Your Original Payment Method: This process takes approximately 7-10 business days after your return is received and processed. After the refund is issued, it may take up to 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
- Refund to a Klahi.com Gift Card: This is the fastest way to get your refund! After your return is processed, you will receive a digital gift card within 2-3 business days via email. Your gift card details will be sent to the email address used for your original order and are valid for 12 months.
