Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Operating Hours: We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Please note that the delivery times provided below are estimates. Due to our global supplier network and the dropshipping model, actual delivery times may vary.
    • United States, Canada, and Europe: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days.
    • Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Rest of the World: Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days.

Shipping Costs

To simplify the shopping experience for our global customers, we have a fixed, flat-rate shipping cost for all orders, regardless of destination.

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This will be automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the threshold—no code is needed.

Important Information

  • Taxes & Duties: Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine any potential additional costs before placing your order.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: A surcharge may apply to certain remote or hard-to-reach locations. If applicable, this fee will be calculated and shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. This surcharge applies even if your order qualifies for free shipping.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This is because our fulfillment process is automated to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us at support@klahi.com within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you with a resolution.
